By accessing and using Memory Newspaper, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Use License

  1. You may only use the service for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  2. You must not upload any content that infringes on intellectual property rights or contains inappropriate material.
  3. You retain ownership of your content, but grant us license to process and store it for service delivery.

3. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

Due to the digital nature of our product, we generally do not offer refunds once the watermark-free version has been generated and delivered.
